Two nights ago I used the Eckrich smoked sausage to whip up an inexpensive and yummy dinner; below is the recipe.
Cut up 1 head of cabbage and fry it in 4 tablespoons of margarine.
In a separate pan fry 1 package of sliced sausage with one onion.
Add the meat/onion to the cabbage and mix thoroughly.
That is it – and it was super delicious!
