And about pets – you know that we lost our Trixie some years ago and we have never gotten a replacement doggie. We love our parrot and just don’t think the time is right for another dog because we are gone a lot and the poor doggie would be home alone much of the time. But sometimes I get a little feeling that maybe we should get a dog…..and I have “liked” the Facebook page of our local animal shelter. About a week ago they posted a photo of a cute doggie in need of a home. I thought about it, but did not act on it. But I thought about it a few times….so I was REALLY happy to see this post yesterday:
