There is a new Eco Tools coupon you can print that will save you $1 on 1 Eco Tool.
Walmart carries the bath scrubbers for under $1, so that means it is free with this coupon. Some Target stores carry them as well.
(Find them in the makeup aisle, usually on the bottom shelf. That is where we have found them; they are a little tricky to locate.)
