Jim’s mom makes Spam Burgers and it is a family favorite!
How to make Easy Spam Burgers
You will need:
1 can of Spam
Small onion
1/2 green pepper
1/2 pound Velveeta
2 tablespoons butter/margerine
4 tablespoons of ketchup
Hamburger buns
In a double boiler, melt the Velveeta and butter (or margerine). While this is melting, grind the Spam, onion & green pepper. Add the ketchup and the melted Velveeta and mix it all together.
Butter the hamburger buns and put a scoop of the mixture on the top.
Broil for just a couple of minutes, so the mixture melts a bit. Watch this carefully – it is a quick process.
