It takes me to the form to fill out, but I’m not able to go any further. It stays on the form page. Am I the only one who is having this problem?
We just tried it Di Anna and it worked, we used IE (not Firefox). To begin we clicked the Free Sample wording on the bottom of the page. I hope you can get it to work!
