Easy Chicken Pot Pie
What you will need:
1 boneless chicken breast, cut in small cubes and cooked
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 bag of frozen vegetables, thawed. (We use the steamable variety and cook them to package directions. You want approx. 2 cups for this recipe.)
1 cup Bisquick baking mix
1/2 cup milk
1 egg
Parmesan cheese for garnish
Heat oven to 400. Mix the cooked chicken, thawed vegetables and soup in a greased pan. You can use a pie pan, or a small rectangular pan as shown in our photos.
Mix the baking mix, milk and egg together and pour over the chicken mixture.
Bake 30 minutes, until golden brown.
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese & serve.
