Easy Sticky Cinnamon Roll Monkey Bread
1/2 c sugar
2 tsp cinnamon (divided)
2 (8 count) cans Pillsbury Grands biscuits
1 c brown sugar
1/2 c butter melted
Icing
1 cup powdered sugar
1 – 2 tbsp milk
1/2 – 1 tsp vanilla
(If icing seems to thick, add more milk to desired consistency)
– Preheat oven to 350 degrees
– Lightly grease bundt pan
– In a ziploc bag, mix sugar and 1 tsp of cinnamon
– Separate Pillsbury Grands biscuits, cut each into quarters with kitchen scissors
– Drop into bag and shake to coat
– Arrange in botton of bundt pan
– Mix brown sugar, 1 tsp of cinnamon and melted butter
– Pour over the biscuit pieces in bundt pan
– Bake 28 – 32 min or uintil golden brown and no longer doughy
– Cool in pan 10 min
– Turn upside down onto serving plate
– Drizzle with icing
– Pull apart to eat, serve warm.
