Once you have the photo, buy a frame for it slightly larger (Goodwill or Salvation Army are great cheap spots to look for picture frames!!) and using a pretty piece of scrapbook paper make a paper border to fit the frame. You can buy scrapbook paper by the sheet for under $0.50 at stores like Hobby Lobby, JoAnn Fabrics and Michaels.
Have your kiddos write a message to Gran or Auntie on the paper border & then place it and the photo into the frame. It will be a heartwarming gift and cost you next to nothing!!
