We picked up the $0.99 mushrooms (even baby Portabella mushrooms are included), $0.99 grape tomatoes, $0.29 cucumbers, $1.79 spinach and the $1.89 tri-colored peppers. We are going to make the Easy Bake Strata tonight using the eggs and peppers. For the recipe, go here.
