That is, when you walk into one of the partner stores with the app open on their phone. We did ours at Best Buy (but it is up to you). For example, when you visit Best Buy, you just open the app inside at the entrance and wait a few seconds – the kick points will get credited and so will your gift card! The gift card will appear under the “me” tab and should be pretty instant.
