We were so very excited to see our UPS My Choice notice in our email yesterday saying our ThredUp delivery was coming today. The shirt and hoody were not new. We were amazed when we looked at the packing slip to see that they placed a little sticker on it saying the shirt was flawed & that I received a refund for it. That alone is fantastic and should prove to us all that even though some of their clothing is gently used, they are very particular as to what is sent out. But, it gets better – they sent the shirt to me anyway! I looked and looked and can’t find a flaw, so whatever it is that did not meet their expectations, it is small.
