We like to use Velveeta to make a quick and easy cheese dip that is always a big hit at parties:
Cheese Dip
1 loaf of Velveeta
1 16 oz. tub of sour cream
1 can of Hormel chili (the no beans variety)
Simply put the cheese and the chili in a crock pot and cook on low. When the cheese begins to melt, stir it well into the chili and put in the sour cream. Stir and let warm.
Soooo yummy!
