We printed the rebate form and here is the scoop:
Buy 3 Hamburger Helper, Tuna Helper or Chicken Helper (excluding Ultimate Helpers) and ground beef (any size, any brand) at Walmart.
Send in the rebate form, the Walmart receipt for products bought between 4/21 and 5/19 with the 4 qualifying purchases circled. Write the UPC bar code number from your products on the original receipt.
Receive by mail a rebate for the purchase price of the ground beef, up to $6.44.
Must be postmarked by 6/19/14.
