Do you know about the amazing Happy Hour promotions at Applebee’s, which include half off their appetizers? We have known about this for well over a year, and last night while out shopping we took advantage of this great offer. While we were eating, it dawned on me I should share this tip with our readers!
At Applebee’s they have Happy Hour specials, which in our area start a 8pm and include drink discounts and half off their entire line of appetizers (except the large sampler platter). You can see their appetizer menu here. Each appetizer is enough to fill you up and it can easily be considered dinner.
We usually order the nachos, which are gigantic and very yummy!
Our local prices for the nachos is $7.99, so just $4 during the promo hours!! Jim and I each had a nacho, he ordered a Diet Pepsi and including our generous tip we left there for under $15!!
On their website it states that the Happy Hour promotions start at 9pm. Around us it is 8pm, so be sure and check with your local Applebee’s to be sure of the start time and if they are running the appetizer promotion. In our experience, Friday and Saturdays are not included.
This is great to take advantage of when you are traveling too, or if you have kids with you. Most of the time our nieces and nephews order the Boneless Wings (which can be cooked with any sauce you like, or plain). Those run $4.50 and are also a very large serving.
