We recently were told about Vet Tix, a website that provides free tickets to major events for Veterans. Do you know about Vet Tix?
It’s a website that serves active military and their families, honorably discharged Veterans and their families and the immediate family of any troops killed-in-action. To take part you simply sign up for a Vet Tix account (it is free). It’s super simple and once you have established your account you are able to log into your account and view events. You can sort by state, making it super simple to browse events. We tend to take a peek daily because events often pop up last minute.

So far we have enjoyed free tickets to see Bryan Adams/Billy Idol
the Detroit Tigers
the Detroit Lions and more. At every event our seats have been great! Main floor at the sporting events and under the pavilion at DTE Energy Center.
There is a ticketing fee, typically around $15 total (not per ticket, like Ticketmaster and other ticket services charge). $15 for a concert or major sporting event? That is a no brainer in our book.
