Did you guys do this deal yet? It is amazing!
Nature’s Bounty items are BOGO Free at Walgreens. You can get 2 of the Co Q-10 Ubiquinol for $1.99 and they retail for $29.99 EACH!
Here is the scoop:
Buy 2 @$29.99 minus BOGO Free sale = 29.99
Use (2) $7.00 Off on NATURE’S BOUNTY® Co Q-10 UBIQUINOL
|
Use the $7 coupon found in the Walgreens February Coupon Book (near the entrance of the store). This will deduct $14 total
Pay $1.99
so can you use 2 coupons for each product even the other is a bogo?
Yes, we have since done this deal 3 times and Walgreens took 2 coupons each time.
When i tried this, it kept coming up $8.99, I had 2 coupons, and the walgreens book.
Manager even came over rang it up, said same price. Not sure what’s wrong..
That is odd Mike. Since the difference is $7 I would venture to guess for some reason the Wags coupon book only took $7 off once, not twice.
When we checked out and they scanned that book coupon, -14.00 showed on the register.
I have tried this many times at stores with the old vs new registers. It appears to take off $14 for the wags Q but essentially adds it back on because it reduces the price of the free one to $22.99 and only takes that amount off for the free one. I keep buying it though, as it is still a great price.
I did this deal at walgreens and $14 came off initially from the Feb. booklet coupon, then with the bogo deal &7 was put back on automatically by the register. Also, make sure you have 4 items to purchase when you use 4 coupons. Get 2 fillers.
Hm….Mary, we are not sure why this deal works for some and not for others. Sorry you had an issue. Great tip about the filler items as well – we forgot to mention that and new shoppers to Walgreens wouldn’t realize they needed them. Thank you!
the 8.99 rang up for me…apparently it all shows as coupons off, but the bogo that it takes off ends up 22.99 not 29.99…dont know why…
This deal was talked about on other blogs earlier in the month. I’m not sure how you were able to get this to go through because with BOGO free sales, the walgreens coupon will only take off $7 for the 1st item but not for the free one. Everyone who commented who said they tried the deal said it didn’t work for them and this is why. Even a walgreens associate commented and she said that walgreen’s registers will always only take off for the first item because technically the second rings up as free. When talking about BOGO free sales and walgreens coupons anyway.
Deal wouldn’t work at my Walgreens either. The same thing that happened to Mary happened to me. I think some Walgreens must allow the coupon to come off the free items and others don’t. I have had problems with this before with other deals.
