Previously we told you about a military base we adopted in the UK that is happy to take our expired coupons. We sent them a large box filled with them a few months ago.
Then, we stumbled on a group on Facebook called Couponing on Guam. Oddly enough our cousin just returned from a 4 year stint in Guam! He is in the Coast Guard and his lovely wife and daughter were there too. It turns out that it is a really small world, because a couple of the members of this group actually know my cousin and his wife!!
Couponing on Guam is happy to take expired coupons; since they are a military base their commisary will allow them to use expired coupons up to 6 months past their date. We think it is great to pay it forward and send our expired coupons onto them to benefit from. Today’s envelope is stuffed to the brim full of coupons……….and it is on it’s way to the fantastic people at the Guam military base.
